Nutrition

Nutrition is becoming increasingly important – and not just from a naturopathic perspective. However, the jungle of terms such as lactose-free, histamine-free, gluten-free, vegan or sugar-free can quickly become overwhelming.

But nutrition should be one thing above all: enjoyable! Good food gives you vitality, joie de vivre and well-being. It’s about being full without feeling heavy – and having fun eating at the same time.

My nutritional advice combines millennia-old knowledge of Chinese medicine with modern Western nutritional science. Together we develop an individual concept that takes your health needs into account and suits your taste.

Whether allergies, lactose intolerance, coeliac disease, diabetes or chronic inflammatory bowel disease – by combining Far Eastern and Western approaches, we will find a well-founded solution for you.

I look forward to showing you the way to more enjoyment, health and
well-being – true to the motto: “Sensible food is like feeling good at a
vacation buffet.”

Nutritional advice from a Chinese perspective

From a Chinese point of view, every food is already a medicine, which can be used both preventively and therapeutically when dosed and prepared correctly.

The following factors are taken into account:

  • The temperature behavior of foods and drinks from cold to neutral to hot
  • The seasons and harvest times
  • The flavors bitter, sweet, spicy, salty and sour and the resulting effects on the body

The five transformation phases of wood, fire, earth, metal and water play a special energetic role.
